Stephanie Dudnick – Owner

Born and raised in Ventura County. Attended Santa Clara High School in Oxnard graduated in 1990, then Ventura city college before beginning my appraisal journey in 1995. Married in 1997 and settled in Camarillo in 1999 and soon after raised my two beautiful children.

Experience: Worked in a fee shop in my early years, where the fundamentals of appraising were obtained and also gained the knowledge on how an appraisal office functioned. I attended the Appraisal Place in Calabasas and with this education became a licensed trainee. The four years working as a fee appraiser gave me the knowledge and experience in Ventura County, the greater Los Angeles area and Santa Barbra County. My license level was upgraded to licensed, in 2003 and then upgraded to certified in 2008.

Ventura County is my home and is where my specialty excels in appraising residential properties; my knowledge of the many sub-markets is why my expertise will benefit those in need of appraisal services.

Due to continuous changes in the appraisal industry, my focus when choosing continuing education is concentrated on classes and seminars that will keep me well informed for appraisals for consumers, mortgage lending and legal professionals in need of appraisals.
