Excellent appraisal service by JSD. Stephanie was able to walk me through, explain everything and answer any questions I had before the actual appraisal. During the day of the appraisal, Stephanie was very friendly, and again explained to me exactly what she was doing as we walked around the entire inside and outside of the property. Once I got the appraisal report, I noticed right away how very detailed it was. She was very thorough, and accurate which I very much appreciated.
